Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

By using NW Fit’s facilities and services, you agree to the following terms.

Membership

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Members are responsible for keeping their account information current, including billing details. NW Fit reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of facility rules or these terms.

Payments & Cancellations

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in your membership agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in accordance with your contract terms. NW Fit is not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel in writing.

Health & Liability

Members acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risk. By using our facilities, you confirm that you are medically cleared to participate in physical activity and agree to assume responsibility for your own health and safety. NW Fit is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from use of the facility or participation in classes or training sessions.

Personal Training & Group Classes:

Services are subject to availability. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee as outlined by your trainer or class policy.

Conduct:

Members are expected to treat staff and fellow members with respect. NW Fit reserves the right to revoke access to anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Photography & Media

Members may not photograph or record other members without consent. Any media captured on facility premises is subject to our Photography Policy outlined in the Privacy Policy above.

Changes to These Terms

NW Fit may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
